Well then, here it is:

If any of you are planning or dreaming about a ceremony to mark a significant milestone in  your life or that of your community, or simply as a celebration, I am available to help you put it together and hold the space or officiate on the day. The same also goes for tarot readings and shamanic journeys.

There. I've said it. I've thrown it out there. Now I'll just see where it lands...

Nine months ago (what a significant time period that is!) I first wrote about feeling called to be a priestess. In fact, the journey started much longer ago, and each step along the way has been necessary to get me here, feeling strong and confident enough to make this announcement to the world. Especially over the last three months a lot has happened to help my clarify what exactly I mean by being a priestess. My relationship with my Goddess has deepened. I have had some significant insights that made me better able to wear the label of priestess. And now, as the days grow longer than the dark of night, I feel able at last to step into the light.

On my birthday, exactly three weeks ago, I journeyed to discover my next step on the path to service. The four spirits who most closely guide me showed me a clear path to take. First, my Goddess took me to her temple that is aligned to the Spring Equinox. She said that as the Sun illuminates the solar symbol inside that temple - the symbol I wear in silver around my neck - it will be time for me to step out into the light.

Second, my male counterpart in the Otherworld asked me what it is that I desire. I answered that what I long for is to make ceremony with and for people. He told me to follow that desire.

Next, my Otherworld teacher told me to give myself the gift of ceremony, to actively express myself in that way. Making ceremony is my creative expression.

And finally my animal guide asked my to find out what nourishes me as priestess, what practices support me in making that vision materialise.

So that is what I am doing this lunar cycle: finding out what nourishes me. I have used my daily tarot card to answer that question. And in many different ways I have been told the same thing: what nourishes my dream of being a priestess is to live it. To go to the gateway between the worlds and touch the world of Spirit. To let go of my resistance and let the Goddess touch me. To bring her presence to my people. To throw it out there and see where it lands. To step off the precipice into the unknown.

Which is what I am doing. This message is going to go out to the world in as many forms as I can think of. It is the seed I am scattering for this year. Some of it may find fruitful ground. I'm curious to see what happens.
